The brand research this build was handed states that La Cornue makes no standalone wall oven. Its own installation guide for the Château Tourelle is dated November 2025, and the appliance is in the January 2026 price list in two sizes. It is a fully electric multifunction platform meant to sit in a cabinet run beside a Château cooktop — which means there are kitchens in South Florida with both, and a booking that does not say which oven is the problem sends the wrong parts to the right house.

Is this the same as fixing the range's oven?

The Tourelle is fully electric and multifunction with a fan, a sensor and a board; a Château vaulted oven is a gas cavity with an igniter and a safety valve, or an electric cavity with elements. Different parts, different diagnosis, different guide. Tell us which appliance when you book.
Will you have to take out the cabinetry?
Almost never. The Tourelle is designed to come forward out of its cutout, and that is how we work on it — supported, protected, and back to the same cutout. What we will not do is force it past joinery that has been built tight, because that is somebody's cabinetmaking and it is not ours to damage.
