### About the Château Tourelle wall oven

F60 and F75, fully electric and multifunction, built into a cabinet run to a cutout specification and served by its own installation guide dated November 2025 — which is worth saying, because the brand research this build was handed states that La Cornue makes no standalone wall oven. It fails the way a good electric oven fails: elements, convection fan, sensor, control. It is not the range's oven and it does not take the range's parts, so the most useful thing a booking can say is which oven is the problem.

The Tourelle has its own installation guide and its own cutout specification. This is a planned step, not a first move.

At temperature, because that is when the bearing tells the truth.

The board, last

Only once the supply, the sensor and the loads have been proved. Lead time is stated before anything is ordered.

### Will you have to take out the cabinetry?

Almost never. The Tourelle is designed to come forward out of its cutout and that is how we work on it — supported, protected, and back into the same cutout. What we will not do is force it past joinery built tight, because that is somebody's cabinetmaking and it is not ours to damage.

### Is it the same as the range's oven?

No. The Tourelle is electric with a fan, a sensor and a board; a Château vaulted oven is a gas cavity with an igniter and a safety valve, or an electric cavity with elements. Different parts, different diagnosis, different guide.
